Based on the client’s unique circumstances, Kohn Strategies will work independently or identify a team of experts from our network. Projects vary in size, scope, and range from local, national, and international landscapes.

Leadership Coaching:

Kohn Strategies works with leaders to establish their professional goals, create a vision for themselves and their organizations, and to live into their purpose. Through this process leaders will develop an understanding of equity culture and cultivate greater awareness and deeper sense of identity and the power they hold through their work.

Racial Equity Training:

As individuals and organizations raise their awareness of racial, gender, class, and health equity, they may need extra help in identifying, creating, and implementing new practices that are just and more inclusive.

Kohn Strategies Racial Equity Training provides a space and structure for organizations to look in the mirror, examine their current culture to gain a new perspective and develop equitable practices and policies from front line staff to board members to leadership throughout an organization.

Trainings can be offered agency-wide or for smaller groups, and can be tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
