Kohn Strategies Racial Equity Training provides a space and structure for organizations to look in the mirror, examine their current culture to gain a new perspective and develop equitable practices and policies from front line staff to board members.

Training can be done agency wide, with small groups, and is tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
